RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Exchanges and returns are accepted by mail within 7 business days of receipt of purchase. Please follow the return/exchange instructions below.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
All Accessories (Jewelry, Belts, Sunglasses, Hats, Scarves, Handbags, Bathing Suits, Essentials), Swimwear and Lingerie are not eligible for refund.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Here are the basic steps:
1. Repackage your return securely in the box of receipt or one comparable to the one you received your item in. Please call if you have any questions at 858.259.8589.
2. Tucci Boutique is not responsible for any shipping charges which occur from a return. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries. However, we will give a full refund on the credit card of purchase for the amount of the item purchased and applicable sales tax.
3. All products must be unused and undamaged, and with all tags and item accessories (belts, ties, buttons, etc.) to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
4. ALL items that are special ordered for a customer are non-refundable.
5. For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS, UPS, FED EX, DHL or Insured Parcel Post for your return. We do not accept instore returns of merchandise purchased online. Please ship the return package to:

6. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to us.
7. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. ONCE Tucci Boutique RECEIVES THE RETURNED ITEM, WE WILL ISSUE THE APPROPRIATE REFUND OR CREDIT. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited.
RETURN RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
Returns must be made within 7 business days of purchase to receive a refund of payment.
When shipping a return, you must include a copy of the receipt. Be certain to save copies for your records.
Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable.
Sale items are non-returnable, no exceptions.
We do not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.
In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our Customer Service at 858.259.8589.
Once your package has been received at the above address, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise.
SHIPPING NOTE
Please allow up to 1-2 days to fully process order.
Tucci Boutique ships via UPS Ground. Items are usually shipped next business day and have a transit time of approximately 2 days to major metropolitan areas, and 3 days to more rural areas. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. Please note that while UPS is always fast and accurate, the arrival time is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may call the store directly and inquire about a phone order and overnight delivery.
